We're looking for a New Truck Sales Representative to join our team and focus on selling vocational trucks. This person will prospect and build relationships with new & existing customers while providing technical expertise to ensure the customer specifications and needs are met. This is a great role for someone who enjoys relationship-driven, consultative selling and is eager to own the full sales cycle.
Key Functions & Responsibilities:
Continuously prospect for new customers.
Maintain and grow client and prospect databases.
Create accurate vehicle specification documents in-line with customer requests.
Manage communication and follow-up with existing customers.
Responsible for completing sales orders and securing deposits using available systems tools.
Communicate all warranty, financing benefits and dealership after-sale services.
Participate in engineering calls to assist with the build out of trucks.
Experience and/or Required Education:
Ability to obtain a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) and DOT medical card.
Familiarity with the trucking industry preferred.
High level of professionalism and business acumen.
Customer-service focused.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
Compensation & Benefits:
Compensation: $50,000 base salary plus commission on new truck sales.
