We're looking for an Inventory Cycle Counter who will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records through routine cycle counts and inventory audits. This role ensures inventory integrity by identifying discrepancies, investigating root causes, and supporting corrective actions. The Cycle Count Lead plays a key role in inventory control, helping minimize stock variances and support efficient warehouse operations.
This role will work M-F 8am-4:30pm.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy.
- Partner with department managers to investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies, including missing, misplaced, or damaged items.
- Maintain accurate inventory data in the warehouse management or ERP system.
- Report inventory inconsistencies to the Warehouse Manager and/or Parts Manager.
- Assist in root cause analysis and corrective actions for recurring inventory issues.
- Audit and verify inventory transactions, including receiving, picking, packing, transfers, and returns.
- Support annual physical inventory counts and assist with preparation and reconciliation.
- Follow proper inventory handling and storage procedures to maintain product integrity.
- Work closely with warehouse staff, shipping/receiving teams, and management to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Education and/or Required Experience:
- High school diploma or GED (required).
- 1–2 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse, or logistics environment (preferred).
- Basic computer skills; experience with inventory software or ERP systems is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to lift and move materials (up to 50 lbs) as needed.
- Willingness to work in a warehouse environment and operate material handling equipment (forklift certification is a plus)
