We're looking for a Parts Delivery & Warehouse Associate position who will be responsible for picking tickets, preparing items for runs, and delivering parts to customers. This role is M-F, 12pm-8:30pm.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

Pick up and deliver parts to customers, wholesale accounts, and suppliers.
Check before leaving to coordinate any last-minute pick-ups or deliveries.
Pull all customer orders as indicated on the picking list and place in either will call, package for shipment, or dispatch for delivery.
Verify that invoice matches purchase order for each pick-up.
Check payments received with the invoices for each delivery.
Keep an accurate log of daily deliveries and pick-ups. Request recipient’s signature on each delivery entry.
Unload truck each night. Turn in all paperwork and undelivered parts.
Help with stocking and posting orders when they arrive to expedite delivery to shop technicians and retail accounts.
Put away all incoming stock in the appropriate bin location and ensure that all parts put into stock are properly labeled with a barcode bin label.
Update incoming stock and incoming inter-branch shipment packing slips in computer and generate appropriate picking lists and reports as needed.

Education and/or Required Experience:

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
Previous commercial driving experience required.
One plus years industry experience a plus.

Additional Requirements:

Regularly required to use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms and talk or hear.
Regularly lift and/or move objects 10-50lbs occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 100 lbs.
Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
Occasionally required to sit, climb or balance.
Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust and focus.
