TransChicago Truck Group is hiring two Sales Interns for Summer 2026 to support our Isuzu Truck product line. This is a hands-on role built around learning the full sales cycle and turning that knowledge into real customer conversations. Over 10 weeks (40 hours/week), you’ll prospect, conduct outbound outreach, and help drive the sales process from first contact through later-stage deal support.

What You’ll Do:

Learn TransChicago’s business, products, and internal systems
Prospect and build a target list of companies for outbound outreach
Make outbound outreach through cold calls and emails to set appointments with customers
Facilitate compelling conversations that uncover customer needs and handle objections
Shadow sales reps and visit customers when appropriate
Work with the sales team through the late-stage sales cycle, including contracts and negotiations
Partner with marketing on outreach materials and lead-generation efforts (events, social posts, and collateral support)

Required Skills and/or Education:

Currently a junior pursuing a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Sales, Business, or Supply Chain Management
Self-starter; able to work well on a team or independently
Strong oral and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and an acute attention to detail
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite to include Word and Excel is required
Must provide their own transportation to work and living accommodations in the local area

Compensation & Benefits:

Compensation: $20/hr
