We're searching for a Used Truck Sales Representative to help us continue growing our Used Truck sales business across our locations while maintaining a customer-focused approach. If you’re motivated, curious, and excited to join a team that's driven to win, you'll fit in here.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
Prospect for new customers in a manner prescribed by management.
Maintain client and prospect databases.
Follow departmental procedures in completing truck paperwork using available systems tools.
Coordinate service work with the service department.
Coordinate financing and insurance with the appropriate departments.
Coordinate with supervisor and be available for assigned floor days, required meetings and other appointed times consistent and required to conduct and maintain sales department business.
Meet established performance criteria as determined by Sales Manager.
Skills & Requirements:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Strong experience in a fast-paced sales environment; experience selling commerial trucks preferred.
Valid driver's license is required. Class B CDL and DOT medical card is preferred.
Knowledgeable about truck specifications.
Familiarity with accounting and other computer software as needed for dealership operations.
Compensation & Benefits:
Compensation: $30,000 base salary plus commission on used truck sales.
